Northampton Music Festival 
 
Northampton Music Festival is back this Sunday, 18th June, and is set to attract thousands of visitors to the town centre to enjoy music and fun.
 
Now in its tenth year and one of the biggest town centre events of the summer, the popular festival is  expected to attract around 13,000 visitors  to watch local bands and artists perform on five outdoor stages and venues.
 
Offers and promotions
To make the most of the additional footfall, now is the time to start running any offers and promotions to promote your business at the festival - if you need help or advice contact the BID office or speak to one of our Hosts.

Muddy Stilettos Awards 2017
 
Can you help us support the Northampton town centre businesses who are finalists in the Muddy Stilettos Awards 2017 and make it a town centre win ?
 
The awards, which are a platform to find and celebrate local businesses,  are now in the 'finals' stage, and include five finalists in each of the 27 categories.
 
Town centre businesses in the finals include; The Plump Partridge,  Dreams Coffee Lounge, NN Contemporary ArtSt Giles Cheese, Clues Menswear, Peppertrees, Mooch, Montague Jeffery, Barbarella, The Wine Connection, Bonds, St Gyles Jewellers, Nuovo, Voni Blu, Royal & Derngate, Waterstones and   John Franklin's.
 
The deadline to vote for your favourite is midday on Friday 16th June - you can vote in more than one category too.

National Business Crime Centre Survey
 
The UK's new National Business Crime Centre (NBCC) is reaching out to all businesses to ask what challenges they are facing from crime, and how crime reduction initiatives and partnerships are working.
 
Local businesses are invited to complete a short questionnaire, which will be used to capture the views of local businesses  and help shape the priorities of the police-led centre in tackling business crime.
 
Completed questionnaires and any additional comments need to be sent to businesscrime.mailbox@met.police.uk no later than Friday 16 June 2017.

BID Monthly Update Meetings
 
Northampton town centre businesses are invited to attend our BID Monthly Business Events, with the next one taking place on Wednesday 28th June.
 
The events are held on the fourth Wednesday of every month, and are based on sharing ideas and helping to shape BID priorities for the year ahead.
 
The monthly meetings will all take place at BID Office, 2nd Floor, Town Centre House, Northampton, NN1 2QL and businesses can choose to attend at either 9 -10:30am or 5-6pm.
